Terms Of Trade
1. No completion date is guaranteed. There are numerous problems that can
delay or postpone completion date. Please understand that we are endeavouring
to return your vehicle to you as soon as possible. However parts can be a
major problem with lenghty delays on parts that have to be procured from overseas.
No manufacturer is exempt from this and even basic parts such as headlights
can be affected.
2. Accounts and excesses are to be paid in full before vehicle or goods leave
the premises. Please check with your insurance company to see what your excess
is. Every insurance repair is subject to an excess no matter who is at fault.
3. Please ensure that claim forms are completed properly and lodged with
the claims department of your insurance company. This will speed completion
of your vehicle.
4. All insurance motor vehicle claims (after assessing), are repaired only
with the customers auhtorisation.
5. In the event of the insurance company declining the claim/or part thereof
the owner is liable for the full payment of the costs of repairs for the said
claim.
6. No rental responsibility is accepted.
7. Parts prices are subject to invoice price.
8. WARRANTY
Parts and labour are fully guaranteed for 12 months or, we will warranty our
repairs in conjunction with manufacturers warranties. For vehicles that we
are authorised to repair. Any warranty not covered will be advised i.e. insurance
companies insisting on secondhand parts, reconditioned, pirate parts, etc.
9. Our panel and paint shops are fully equipped with the latest repair technology,
it is our pledge to give you the best in repairs, repairs that have been fully
corrosion treated for long lasting protection, factory repairs that perform
and react as the manufacturers design to give maximum passenger protetion
in the unfortunate circumstances of another accident.
10. No personal cheques over $500.00 are accepted. Bank cheque, bankcard,
visa, or cash are accepted. Please do not ask for credit.
